In honor of their father’s legacy as a pioneer in the reggae genre, the successful bunch of artists are uniting to perform their individual hits, and classic Bob Marley tracks at THE MARLEY BROTHERS: THE LEGACY TOUR. You can expect a night of full-on reggae as the brothers take over the stage. Inching closer to Bob Marley’s 80th birthday in 2025, this tour honors his memory and global impact in reggae music.
It’s a historical show that only happens once in a while, and folks in Miami are in luck! As the Marley Brothers hit the stage at FPL Solar Amphitheater right at Bayfront Park, concertgoers are set to experience legendary reggae music under the stars. It’s the perfect atmosphere to celebrate some of the world’s best music.
The last time the brothers joined forces was in 2007, and now they’re stoked to come together and honor their father’s mark in reggae music. Bob Marley’s hits such as “Stir It Up”, “One Love”, “Soul Rebel”, “Slave Driver”, “Riding High”, and many more, placed his name as one of the pioneers of the genre, and one of the greatest music artists of all time. Taking Jamaican music to the global stage, becoming a symbol of the country’s music and culture, Marley’s legacy is one that’s celebrated to this day and many decades to come. Some of his accolades include an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and many more.
Bob Marley’s sons were part of a group called “Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers” which saw success before they started pursuing solo careers. Collectively, they’ve achieved an impressive number of 22 Grammy Awards, with Julian scoring one in 2024 for “Best Reggae Album”.
